Below is a simple breakdown of citrine quality, categorized into three grades: 3A (High Quality), 2A (Medium Quality), and 1A (Heated).
3A - High Quality Citrine
(Top Grade - Natural, Untreated)
- Color: Rich, deep golden to reddish-orange hues, often called "Madeira Citrine." The color is vivid and evenly distributed across the stone.
- Clarity: Eye-clean, with no visible inclusions or imperfections. The stone has excellent transparency, allowing it to sparkle beautifully.
2A - Medium Quality Citrine
(Good, Natural or Slightly Treated)
- Color: Light to medium golden hues. The color is attractive but not as deep or vibrant as 3A grade.
- Clarity: Generally clear with minor inclusions that may be visible under magnification but not to the naked eye. The stone still offers good transparency and sparkle.
1A - Heated Citrine
(Entry-Level, Heat-Treated Citrine)
- Color: Heat-treated citrine, usually derived from amethyst or smoky quartz, often has a deeper orange or reddish hue. The color may appear a bit artificial compared to natural citrine.
- Clarity: Generally clear, though some stones may have slight inclusions or cloudiness. These imperfections don’t significantly affect the stone’s overall appearance.

To find the best fit, measure your wrist using the following methods.
Using a Tape Measure
- Wrap the tape measure around the wrist.
- Ensure it's snug but comfortable.
- Read the exact measurement in centimeters (cm) where the tape meets the zero (0) mark.
- If you are in between sizes round off to the next number.
- Your exact measurement is 16.6cm, choose 17cm.
Using a String and Ruler
No tape measure? No problem! Use a string or strip of paper instead.
- Wrap the string around the wrist and mark where it overlaps.
- Lay the string flat and measure its length with a ruler.
Choosing the Right Size:
- Select a size closest to your wrist measurement.
- If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, opt for the larger size.

For our client's satisfaction, kindly include the changes that will be made on the item you will want to be repaired, re-adjust or re-size.

For our client's security, we would like to inform you that any defective item/piece should be reported before you return it to us with the receipt/waybill. It's not our liability for the item's damage, loss, or theft during the transport.
